Please get in touch and we’ll see how we can help. Sometimes we’ll be able to solve the problem over the phone, whilst on other occasions we might ask you to send us a photo of the item.

We can not offer a replacement 
  • We do not accept returns of any personalised products, unless incorrect.

  • If you have damaged the Bubble

  • If you have not looked after it properly see our guide to get the best of your bubble

  • From a week after delivery

We can offer replacement
  • In the very rare case that your balloon arrives damaged, please report this to us within an hour of receipt and we will do our best to help you.

  • If the personalisation is different from what you ask for please contact us so we can arrange a replacement.
